Do not type "remove-" at the front of the address, just start with Ray. The clever internet marketers have discovered a way to extract email addresses from web pages in order to send people unsolicited email. One has even managed to steal my identity to send out viruses (fortunately the virus did not infect my computer or steal my address list because I had updated virus protection - so the emails only went to people who I did not know, and should have known to delete the messages without opening them!)
